Survey Says: Three Productive Days Per Week

Microsoft surveyed 28,000 of its employees on productivity and they responded in masses. The top time wasters employees reported were poor team communications, ineffective meetings and lack of clarity on objectives. We have all been in meetings where we could not figure out what the meeting was about. On average workers felt that they lost one third of their work week due to these time wasters (there are more than likely more) On a 40 hour work week that means that about 13 hours are squandered. Eye opening numbers. This should not come as a surprise to most of us but Microsoft in highlighting technology as ways to maximize the other 27 hours to make the company profitable.

Great Points and I agree. What would you suggest to up productivity the remainder of the week?
